The Adult Learning Center’s career counselor helps students navigate the exciting but often daunting process of creating a career plan, including both short and long term goals and next steps for achieving these goals.
Students work individually with the career counselor to:
Identify their skills, interests, and values, and a career path that is a good fit;
Map out a plan for achieving their career goals;
Create a resume;
Apply for jobs, apprenticeships, scholarships, trade schools, and college;
